1. Look for information in the document
You can search for an article with some keywords for the function you are looking for. You can check the video below for example:
Visiting "Browse our Topics" to find answers to many of the commonly asked questions and how to config the section/function of the theme. They are categorized by section parts, pages, themes.
2. Submit a ticket
If you can't find what you are looking for? No worries, our staff is always here to help you solve the problems you are facing.
Please fill in all information in the form, it will be easier for our checking progress.
Product: choose the theme you are using
Category: choose a type for your question
Subject: fill in some words for the title of this ticket
Site URL: the domain link to your store or the link to the page related to your question.
Content: describe your question in detailed as much as possible. It would be great if you send a screenshot or video in the attachment so we can understand it better. You also can ask many questions in one ticket.
If it is a technical issue, you can leave the collaborator request code. So our staff can send a request to check your store.

After submitting a ticket, please wait for a response. We try our best to monitor the forums around the clock, however, this is not always possible due to different timezones. We check tickets all throughout the day but reply times can be up to 24 hours Monday-Friday, and 24-48 over the weekend.
