This section allows you can add text and icon or image. You can go to Theme sections > Add section > Search and add Shipping to configure it.

It helps you configure the section with options for Content align, Content align vertical center, Space padding, Source icon, Icon design, Icon size, Items per row and you can configure for the border in the section.

Please follow this guideline to config Layout, Background, Margin/Padding for the section.
